Compliance Training

Just finished my online compliance training for work.  We're supposed to watch and listen to an online presentation, then take a quiz at the end to make sure we were paying attention.  The subjects varied from detecting fraud to workplace diversity.  As anyone who has had to do things like this can attest, they are really a waste of time.  All it takes to pass the quizzes is common sense and an understanding of political correctness.  I hate to think how much money was wasted paying someone to come up with this stuff.
